Services We Provide

Artificial Disc Surgery (Cervical and Lumbar)

If you have been diagnosed with symptomatic cervical disc disease (SCDD), degenerative disc or lumbar disc disease, you may be a candidate for artificial disc surgery (disc arthroplasty) instead of spinal fusion.

Outpatient Spine Surgery

The spine specialists at Microsurgical Spine Center perform many types of outpatient spine surgery, such as anterior cervical fusions, posterior cervical nerve root decompression, etc.

Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery

Minimally invasive spine surgery, such as microdiscectomy (cervical & lumbar), laminoforaminotomy (cervical & lumbar), anterior cervical fusion with cages and plates, etc., performed by our neurosurgeons, decreases the risk and recovery time.

Fusions

With many fusion surgery options, such as anterior cervical fusion with cage, posterior cervical fusion, extreme lateral lumbar interbody fusions (XLIF), etc., our spine specialists work to relieve your back pain.

Decompressions

We offer many decompression surgeries, including all types of nerve root and spinal cord decompressions including laminectomy, laminotomy, foraminotomy and discectomy, as well as X-Stop (interspinous process decompression).

Stem Cell Injections

Microsurgical Spine Center is now offering stem cell injections for chronic back pain. The stem cell injection is a new procedure, and MSC is the first to perform this treatment for spinal issues in the state of Washington. At the forefront of medicine, stem cell injections use the body’s own healthy stem cells with the goal to regenerate and thus repair diseased spinal tissue.

Pain Management

At Microsurgical Spine Center, we customize treatment options that are just right for you. Not everyone will need spine surgery or be considered a candidate. Therefore, we provide all of our patients with back pain management and physical rehabilitation services to minimize pain.
