Microsurgical Spine Center founder and president Dr. Richard Wohns was recently named to Becker’s Spine Review list of 92 Spinal Surgeon Device Inventors & Innovators to Know. Dr. Wohns was recognized along with other leading spine surgeons from across the country.
Dr. Wohns, JD, MBA is the founder and president of NeoSpine, and founder of Microsurgical Spine Center. He co-founded U.S. Radiosurgery, a company that developed and managed Gamma Knife and Cyberknife Radiosurgery Centers. He was one of the first neurosurgeons in the United States qualified to perform the extreme lateral interbody fusion procedure.
